My kitchen manager is ill so I’ve been doing her role for the past few days and it’s been okay, today was SOOO busy, constantly a full rack of tickets, but thankfully it died down and I got to mess around on the bar, it was nice. I hope tomorrow isn’t as bad tho because if I have to run around like a blue arse fly all day again I Cba going to the gym mwehhh
